| Pre-packed plastic bags of fresh food, not a guide |

Chinese Ministry of Commerce, National Development and Reform Commission, State Administration for Industry on July 4 issued a joint circular stressed that Contain fresh and other food for the plastic bags may not have the guidance and help pre-function, which must comply with food packaging standards. Fifth, based on food safety and health considerations, retail establishments to provide customers with products of various material bags, should be established according to the manufacturer, wholesaler or importer purchases and obtain the relevant license, the establishment of appropriate procurement accounting, to prepare for inspection. At the same time, retail establishments may not accept any institutions, organizations and individuals to provide free or paid unknown, related to incomplete labeling, design, text does not meet national standards and regulations related to various types of bags products.
